Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Clearance or final sale items (if applicable).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed through the original payment method or another agreed method, depending on the payment option used.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be completed after approval.
Exchange Policy
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the issue.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged product), zavoora will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to a change of mind or any customer-related reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
